What I’m actually working on, as of .
- Rebuilding this site. Until this week the domain just returned a Cloudflare error page, so everything I’d built was sitting at URLs nobody could guess. That seemed worth fixing before anything else.
- Daily Kickoff, every night. It has published without me touching it since launch, so delivery isn’t the problem any more. Picking is. Seven slots a day is a hard limit and plenty of days there aren’t seven things worth anyone’s time.
- Mental Models Explorer. Mostly search quality. It’s easy to make semantic search look good in a demo. Getting it to behave on the query somebody actually types is a different job.
- Reading and arguing about what agentic coding does to code review. I haven’t landed anywhere yet, which is why there’s nothing written up.
